Refund Policy

Home Dartboard Return and Refund Policy

This policy constitutes the return and refund policy for TouchTunes home dartboards purchased from TouchTunes Music Company, LLC (“TouchTunes”). This policy applies to home dartboards purchased directly from TouchTunes only and does not apply to home dartboards purchased through other resellers
or retailers.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. To return your home dartboard, you must follow the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. You must contact us at info@spider360.com within 7 days of delivery to begin the return process and include the name on the order, the order number, and the reason for your requested return. If accepted, TouchTunes will issue you an RMA number.
2. Return requests will only be accepted if the home dartboard is received by TouchTunes within 30 days of the original delivery date.
3. You must return the home dartboard in its original undamaged condition.
4. If the home dartboard was delivered disassembled, it must be returned disassembled.
5. You must return the home dartboard in its original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside of the packaging.
6. If TouchTunes arranges return shipping, we will provide you with a return shipping quote for the home dartboard. If approved, TouchTunes will email the return label and bill of lading to you. You must print the return label and affix it to the outside of the return packaging. You must schedule pick up with the designated trucking company and provide the trucking company with a printed copy of the bill of lading.
7. If TouchTunes does not arrange return shipping, please arrange for the home dartboard to be returned to TouchTunes at the following address: 6212 Material Avenue, Loves Park, IL 61111. You must provide TouchTunes with all return shipping information, including the tracking number.

Return Fees:

1. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
2. Return shipping fees are as described in #6 above.

Refund Process:

1. Refunds will be initiated once the home dartboard has been received and verified by TouchTunes personnel. Refunds will not include the original shipping fees.
2. If applicable, the return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Dartboard Return and Refund Policy

• Returns on returnable purchases must be made within 7 business days of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for paying shipping on all returned items.
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for all returned items.
• Items must be new and not used in original box.  If the goods cannot be sold in new condition a refund cannot be issued.
• Item must be shipped back in original packaging and package properly to prevent damage. If not, additional charges may apply.
• To request the return of a returnable item, e-mail a copy of your online receipt with a reason of return to info@spider360.com.  An RMA-# will be given and a ship back address.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) Must Be Visible On The Returning Package Or It Will Be Refused AND sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
